About the Event

The award-winning charity, MCR Pathways, carefully matches young people with a mentor to meet for just one hour a week, in school. This one to one relationship makes a profound impact on their confidence and future. No qualifications are needed, just the desire to make a difference.

This is an ideal opportunity for STEM Ambassadors in Scotland who are interested in 1-2-1 mentoring with a young person. MCR Pathways provides training and full support to all their mentors.

This information session is your opportunity to learn more about MCR Pathways, becoming a mentor and the next steps.

The programme is supporting 3,500 young people across the country and operates throughout 15 Scottish local authorities:

Glasgow; Aberdeenshire; Aberdeen; Edinburgh; North Ayrshire; South Lanarkshire; West Dunbartonshire; Shetland; Clackmannanshire; Falkirk; Perth & Kinross; Fife; Highlands; Dundee and Inverclyde.
