

Solarpunk Island Innovation Project
Through STEM Ambassador funding from STEM Learning, SSERC worked in partnership with Daydream Believers to bring the Solarpunk Island Innovation Project to S3 pupils in Glasgow. During the project, 23 pupils from St Andrew’s RC Secondary worked over five school terms from June 2025 to May 2026, using the Solarpunk Island resources to develop their STEM skills and to show how they will survive and thrive on their island. EkoSTEM and STEM Ambassadors
Supported STEM outreach is highly valuable for STEM Ambassadors, giving them resources and the scaffolding to build their confidence in delivering meaningful engagements with young people. Solarpunk Island Innovation Project: Celebration Day
